SPS Scrip Card Information

SPS Scrip Card is a St. Peter’s PTA gift card program that includes local grocery, restaurants & retailers that YOU can help earn $$$ for school (75% of profit) & social services (25% of profit) everyday!

It costs you nothing extra. You pay for what you receive! If you pay $100 & get $100 worth of stuff!

Here’s how you can help! Do any or all of the 4:

#1 Buy A SPS SCRIP

Gift cards are for sale in school office during hours & at school /parish events. Pay & take cards or order forms will be processed & cards can be picked up in school office, sent home in Thursday folders and/or home delivery is an option if purchase > $200. Payment accepted: check, cash & credit cards (3% fee).

#2 Buy a SCRIP card on Shopwithscrip.com

Go to Shopwithcsrip.com and purchase with presto pay (a $.39 fee). Place your order by Sunday and your cards will be delivered to your home by SPS volunteer the following Tuesday!

#3 Link your credits directly to SPS Scrip on Escrip.com

Link your credit/debit cards (MC/VISA/AMEX/Discover) to SPS #6631935 one time (www.escrip.com) & this enables online shopping & dining to benefit St. Peter’s automatically by merchant at no extra cost to you.

#4 Get a rewards card for you business and designate St. Peter’s as the non-profit

How scrip generates revenue for SPS

The Great Lakes Scrip Center acts on behalf of St. Peter’s PTA to purchase large amounts of scrip from department stores, and other retailers. Grocery Stores (Cosentino Brookside Market, Hy-Vee & Price Chopper) are purchased directly from the KC stores by the PTA. Because the scrip is purchased with cash up front, the participating retailers offer a substantial discount. Our PTA buys the scrip from Great Lakes Scrip Center & KC Locals at a discount, and re-sells the certificates to families like yours for full face value. The discount – from 2-50% is our organization’s revenue.

Scrip is “shopping cart fundraising”

Scrip is a popular fundraiser because families don�t have to sell anything. Organization members produce revenue by making regular household purchases they would make anyway. Groceries, clothing, toys, gifts, even gasoline can be purchased with SPS Scrip. Cards are available in school office.� Cash/Checks payable to SPS PTA & charges (3% processing fee) are accepted.
